Click on > Click on System Settings > Cancellation Policy:
To add a new policy, complete the empty row in the form.
Fill in the number of days and then the percent of total, percent of day, fixed amount or percent of deposit the guest will forfeit if they cancel within the number of days you just entered.
Repeat the process to add more cancellation policies.
Click on save changes.
To include more about the cancellation of a booking, insert your text in the 'Conditions' box and click on 'Save Changes'.
To remove a policy, check the square box on the left and then click 'delete selected'.
The cancellation policies noted here will be added to the Cancellation Policy of the calendar and will also be included in the automated standard e-mails.
