10.0 - Print Invoices in PDF

ResBook is proud to announce the new design of our invoices when you choose to [print] it. With this PDF file, you can save it to your local computer or you may open the file to print it.

See below the differences between the two invoices with our before and after screenshot using an Agent booking example.

Updates

  • Removed the box round the old invoice and replaced it with horizontal lines across the entire invoice.
  • Logos will be resized to fit in the top right corner of the invoice. Ensure that you have uploaded a good quality .jpg of your logo in the Photo Gallery.
  • Less space is used which means more information can fit on a single page.
  • According to the following set up under Invoice 'Settings', the Invoice title and the GST number is shown as outlined in the table below:

'Tax Invoice' displays when...

 

•Tax code is selected

•Tax code is not selected but Tax number is provided

•Tax code is selected and Tax number is provided

•Tax code is not selected but Tax number is provided

•Ensuring that 'Display GST line on invoices' is set to 'Yes' in the Invoices Settings.
