Using SMSes to communicate with guests

You can use our 3rd party integration with to send out text messages to guest mobiles with relevant booking information in three easy steps.

1. Create an account with smsglobal and add credit
2. Add your registered email id from smsglobal to ResBook under system settings (screenshot)

3. Set up the sms templates the same way you set up email templates under system settings >> sms templates (screenshot)

4. You will now be able to send an sms to the guest's mobile using the templates you have set up. (screenshot)

Please note that this is a manual feature and all texts have to be manually sent by the user to the guest.
